Arsenal extended their winning streak to five matches in all competitions after defeating Everton 2-0 at the Emirates Stadium.
The Gunners struggled to get going before netting twice in the second period through Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, the latter scoring his third goal of the week after his brace in the Europa League.
Despite the win, Unai Emery’s side still have w0rk to do defensively and a more clinical Everton side could have caused m0re problems for the Gunners – who can be thankful that Theo Walcott was amongst those who failed to impress.
The former Arsenal man returned to the Emirates Stadium with the Toffees boasting a decent return of two goals and one assist in five Premier League appearances. However, he could not maintain those performances in his return to his former hunting ground.
His return and display earned responses from Arsenal fans on social media and we have gathered some of the best reactions below.
